Are Hoverboards Safe?Recent news stories have questioned the safety of hoverboards, and particularly with regard to where and how they are used. Here are some basic guidelines to follow if you are about to order a new hoverboard (or self-balancing board) and want to use it without putting yourself or others in danger.
Safety before you buy your hoverboard:·         Check that the product you are ordering has come from a reliable seller, who can provide recommendations and instructions on how to use your hoverboard safely.
·         Make sure that your hoverboard has a UK plug and that electronics are tested and safe for use in EU/UK, and call/email the seller and ask if you are not sure.
·         Order some safety gear, such as helmets, gloves, and pads along with your hoverboard purchase, and especially if it is for a gift for someone.Some suppliers provide specific safety gear for hoverboard users, though skateboard knee protectors and bike helmets are fine if these are unavailable. Again, ask your supplier if you are unsure.
Safety after you have ordered your hoverboard:·         Follow charging instructions carefully and DO NOT leave your hoverboard charging unattended or in an unsafe place.
·         Get some training and proper advice before you go out on your hoverboard for the first time and do not use your hoverboard unaccompanied during the first few days of use.
·         Wear approved safety clothing and helmet at all times
·         Do not use your hoverboard on public roads or pathways and check that any private or semi-public spaces (universities, leisure parks etc) permit hoverboard use.
·         Do not allow others to ride on your hoverboard with you.
·         Follow manufacturer/supplier's instructions on safe use of your hoverboard.

What are the terms of payments you offer?

Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods exchanging. We accept payment of T/T, Western Union, Credit card and Cash only.
 
 
2. How to apply refund?
 
Once the PI has been confirmed and your ordered goods are ready, a refund will not be availible for a canceled order. But we will refund to you in time the the case that we could not offer the products required,due to the shortage or unavailability.
 
3. Shipment
 
How long will it take to deliver goods?
After receiving your full payment, we will arrange the delivery service for you, air express and shipment are available for your option.Basicly, the delivery time is about 7-15 days after receiving your payment.
 
4. What kind of packaging you offer?
 
During the packaging process, preventive measures will be taken by us to assure that the goods are in a good condition during storage and delivery.
 
5. What kind of transportation methods TIGER offer?
 
A. Usually we use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, as we enjoy very good discount in these companies. But if buyers provide us accounts of their own, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
B. For goods with large package, we will transport by air and sea, and we will confirm freight with buyers' prior delivery.
C. If you have your own forwarder,it's also welcome for picking up your goods from our factory directly.
 
6. How about the insurance during transportation? How to deal with the responsibility?
 
Buyers should take the full responsibility for shortage of goods if the goods are checked by any custom during transportation. During transportation, if goods are missed because of having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by us; if missing or detained of goods are occurred in other country except China, all loss should be borne by buyers.
 
7. What Locations can you ship to?
 
Our maily market are North America, Europea, Middle East, Russia and other countries in the world.
 
8. Others
 
What kind of problem will happen usually? (goods are out of stock, etc.)
We will start preparing goods once receiving buyers' T/T copy. After receiving your full payment, we will deliver the goods within the deadline which both parties agreed.
 
 
While using:
 
1, Just relax for the first time and try to balance your gravity.
2, Children under 6- 13 years old children should be accompanied by parents, a hockey protective devices are necessary.
3, Do not try to open the machine without the guidance of professional personnel, in order to avoid short circuit, and even a fire.
 
 
Safety and protection: 
 
 1,Tilt protection: The motor stops working when body swing degree is over 35;
 2, Overspeed protection: The pedal will tilt to prevent acceleration when speed reaches 15km/h;
 3, Low battery protection: Light flashes and buzzer alarms when power is no more than 10%;
 
 
Warranty and After-sales service:

2. When Escooter have problem,please contact the salesman,and send us the  faulty video and describe the problem so that we can confirm the problem with our after service department.
3. Our after service department will deal with the problem within 24 hours because of time difference.
4. Our salesman will contact you and tell you the solve solution.
5. If need replace parts,we will send you the new replacement parts immediately by DHL (3-4days you can receive it) after your sending the important faulty parts. After sending new replacement parts,our salesman will send you the video about how to replace parts.
6. If the warranty period expires, we can aslo offer spare parts at cost.
